Refund & Cancellation Policy

The 100-Day Challenge is a one-time purchase — you start with a free week, and pay once if you want the rest. Here's exactly how the free week, the payment, refunds and the optional continuation work, including your rights under EU consumer law.
The free week
Your first 7 days are free and require no card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund — if you never buy, you are never charged. When the free week ends, your account moves to a limited free tier; you keep your journal and all your data. The week is there so you can evaluate Qovavo fully before any money changes hands.
The one-time purchase
The 100-Day Challenge is a single payment of $149 — not a subscription. It unlocks days 8–100 of the course, the exercises, AI chart review, and the analytics and market news that go with them. Once you've bought it, the course is yours to keep and reread; there is no recurring charge for it. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Our 14-day money-back
If the challenge turns out not to be for you, email team@qovavo.com within 14 days of your purchaseand we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Your journal and everything you logged stay yours either way. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
Your EU right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because the challenge unlocks immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that access begins right away and to acknowledge that this means the statutory 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies once you've started using it. Independently of that, we still offer the 14-day money-back described above — so in practice you keep a 14-day window regardless, and the free week means you evaluate Qovavo fully before any charge is ever made.
The optional continuation
After you finish day 100, keeping Trakvex and Fluxivo running is an optional $19/month — and only ever offered once you've reached the end of the challenge. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do anytime from your account (Manage billing). Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't pro-rate partial months unless required by law. The course itself stays yours whether or not you keep the continuation. A monthly charge taken by genuine mistake — email us and we'll look at it fairly.
