Who we are

Not financial advice — important

Qovavo is an education, journaling and information product. Nothing in it — no lesson, no AI feedback, no news summary, no analytics — is financial, investment, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Trading carries a high risk of loss; you can lose more than you put in. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. We do not guarantee any result, profit, funding, or performance. Past performance and any figures shown are illustrative and are not a promise of the future.

Your account

You must be at least 18. Keep your login credentials secure and don't share your account — one login is for one person. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Purchase, free week & billing

• Every account starts with a 7-day free week that requires no card. If you never buy, nothing is charged and your account moves to a limited free tier — you keep your journal and everything you logged.
• The 100-Day Challenge is a one-time purchase of $149 — a sale of digital content, not a subscription. It unlocks days 8–100, the exercises, AI chart review, and the analytics and news that go with them, and the course stays yours to keep. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Because the content is supplied immediately, you agree at checkout that access begins right away and acknowledge that your statutory EU right of withdrawal ends once it does. Independently, we offer a 14-day money-back on the purchase.
• Keeping Trakvex and Fluxivo running after day 100 is an optional $19/month continuation, offered only once you finish the challenge. It renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law; misuse, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service; try to access other users' data; resell or redistribute the content; or upload anything unlawful or infringing. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content & our content

What you create and upload (trades, notes, reflections, screenshots) stays yours; you grant us only the permission needed to store and show it back to you and operate the service. Qovavo's own content — the curriculum, software, and branding — remains ours. The lessons link to third-party videos we don't own or control.

Availability & disclaimers

We work to keep Qovavo available and accurate but provide it “as is,” without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the content or AI output is error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qovavo is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer under Italian and EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, with disputes subject to the courts of Brescia, Italy. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and notify you of material changes. Continuing to use Qovavo means you accept the update.
